The characteristics of the products you order are indicated on the product sheets on the site. All products offered comply with current French legislation. This information is provided by the manufacturers and transcribed on the product sheet. The warranty period is listed on the product item sheet. The warranty is a guarantee against manufacturing defects and hidden defects and not against normal wear and tear due to regular use or misuse of the product.


The prices of products and services are indicated in euros. All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros. The VAT included is the French VAT, its current rate is 20%. If the rate were to be changed upwards or downwards, this rate change could be immediately reflected in prices. Promotions cannot be combined on the same item. Some products are on pre-order. For each product we will tell you the delivery time. If your order is processed early, you will be notified and your order will be delivered to you. You have 15 clear days from delivery to return the ordered product(s) to us for exchange or refund. Return costs are free, if the returned item is for an amount greater than or equal to €100 including tax. If this condition is not met, the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. The product(s) must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging.

You must return the product(s) to us within 15 days from the date of receipt of the return slip issued by our services. Upon receipt of your package in our warehouses, you will be notified by email of the reshipment or refund made.


If you would like to exchange your product or get a refund. You will be asked to return the product to us at your expense by tracked letter unless the returned item is for an amount greater than or equal to €100 including tax . Upon receipt of the product, we will exchange or refund you, you will be notified by email.

If the product is lost during the return package, please send us the tracking number in order to send it to the Post Office. Without this tracking number, we will not be able to make a possible refund or exchange.

Home delivery with Colissimo takes place within 3 to 5 working days, via La Poste services, after processing your order.


The warranty period for products purchased from Larmorie is 2 years. The warranty period runs from the date of receipt of the item. Products purchased from Larmorie are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and not against normal wear and tear due to regular use or misuse of the product. If in doubt whether or not the warranty is covered, you must send a photo of the item with the associated invoice to contact@larmorieofficiel.fr

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code, providing for conformity of the item delivered with its description at the time of purchase. In the event of a lack of conformity, our services will validate your return request and you can choose between repair, replacement (art. L.217-9), or reimbursement (art. L.217-10) of the goods.

If the item purchased from Larmorie has a manufacturing defect, which becomes apparent after delivery, you must contact us by email or telephone and provide us with photos of the item. Our services will get back to you to carry out the repair, exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

Our services will also be able, after checking the product (physical presentation or sending photos to our customer service), to provide you with a certificate of irreparability to give to the carrier (airline, train company, etc.) in order to assert their guarantee and thus be reimbursed by it, if your dispute has been accepted by the said company contacted during your trip.
