How to make a purchase on the site?

  1. On your favorite wallet page, click "BUY NOW" (or "ADD TO CART" if you want to take several);
  2. Click on the basket at the top right then on “PROCEED TO PAYMENT”;
  3. Enter your contact details and delivery address;
  4. Add your bank details;
  5. Your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email (note: the email may end up in your spam folder).

The payment does not go through, what should I do?

We recommend that you check whether the contact details entered are correct (card number, expiry date and/or CVV), whether your bank balance is sufficient or whether your card limit has been reached. You can otherwise use another bank card, PayPal or Apple Pay if you have an Apple product.

How do you personalize?

We use the hot embossing technique which allows a pattern to be highlighted.
Strong pressure is applied to the leather with a hot iron and that's it! You just need to adjust well to obtain a beautiful result.

No ink or powder are used to color the customizations. But we are working on the subject to offer you a greater choice of personalization.

We cannot make personalizations with more than 6 characters, numbers cannot be entered.

Does this add delay to my delivery?

Customization may add a little extra time.

What if I don't like the product in the end?

If you do not like the personalized product, we are sorry but we cannot issue a refund, as the product will be considered defective.


What are the delivery times ?

Delivery is made by Colissimo. Following validation of your order, you will receive it within 2/3 working days. You will be able to track it using the tracking number provided after sending your order.

What are the shipping fees ?

Deliveries in mainland France are free with a minimum purchase of €59 otherwise they amount to €6. Outside France, charges may apply depending on location (no delivery outside Europe).

I still haven't received my order after a few days, what should I do?

The Post Office can take a little time during busy periods, go to the Post Office parcel tracking . If it is indicated as having arrived at its destination and you still do not have it in your possession, contact the Post Office complaints service on 3631. A claim number will be communicated to you, send it to us as soon as possible . Upon receipt of this number we will send you a package.


I got the wrong article, what should I do?

We all have the right to make mistakes! Upon receipt of your order, you have 15 days to return the wallet(s) to the following address:

PS: For return costs, they are free (contact us at 0148873611 or at contact@larmorieofficiel.fr) if the value of your order is above 100 euros. Otherwise, they are your responsibility.

My product is defective, what should I do?

First of all, we are sorry. Send us an email contact@larmorieofficiel.fr with photos and a description of the problem to explain the procedure to you (transport costs are our responsibility and we will return the product to you).


Where are your wallets made?

All of our fine know-how is French. Larmorie wallets are made in Graulhet in Tarn in Occitanie where the leather is tanned, treated, cut and where the cockade, representative of Larmorie, is placed. Our boxes are made in Paris.

Where does the leather come from?

In order to offer you quality leather, we use Italian cowhide. However, all cutting, processing and tanning are done in France with compliance with European standards.

Larmorie is 2 years old or 50 years old?

Larmorie is a 50-year-old house which previously offered luggage storage. The company was taken over in 2018 by a family group in order to move towards Made In France with small leather goods.
